    We visit, understand your needs and your funding, and build a plan around them. You choose what's included.

    Your regular team starts, and we stay in touch. As things change, your plan changes with them.

Questions about domestic assistance

Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Yes. The same one or two people clean your home every visit, they learn how you like things done, and you never have to explain twice.
How often can you come?
Weekly and fortnightly are most common, but we build the schedule around you, more often, less often, or a one-off when you need it.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
We can work either way, using your preferred products or bringing our own. Tell us what suits when we plan your service.
Is domestic assistance covered by my funding?
Domestic assistance is one of the most commonly funded services under government-funded aged care support at home, DVA arrangements and NDIS plans. We'll confirm what applies for you.
You used to be Glo Kleen, is this the same team?
Yes, the very same. Domestic assistance is the service we were built on, and the people doing it haven't changed. Only the name has.
Do you provide NDIS cleaning in Adelaide?
Yes. House cleaning and household tasks are commonly funded under NDIS Core Supports (Assistance with Daily Life). We provide NDIS cleaning for plan-managed and self-managed participants across metropolitan Adelaide, and we invoice your plan manager directly.
Can my aged care funding or home care package pay for cleaning?
