These terms cover use of this website and, in general form, how Glo Living, a trading name of Glo Kleen Pty Ltd (ABN 23 685 976 854), provides services. Individual care arrangements are governed by your written service agreement, which prevails over anything here if they differ.

Services are delivered as described in your service agreement, including scope, schedule and pricing agreed before services start. Care services require an assessment conversation first; nothing on this website is an offer of instant booking, and website content is general information, not health or financial advice.
