How it works
Getting started with disability support
- 1
Check your plan type
We support plan-managed and self-managed participants. If you're NDIA-managed, we'll happily point you towards a registered provider who can help.
- 2
Talk to us
Call, enquire, or have your support coordinator get in touch. We'll agree a service agreement that reflects your plan and your goals.
- 3
Support begins
Your regular support workers start, and we stay in contact with you, and your coordinator if you have one, as your plan evolves.
Paying for it
Funding can be confusing. If you're not sure what you're eligible for, call us on (08) 7428 9000, we'll talk it through in plain language, with no obligation and no cost.
