How it works
Getting started with Social Support
- 1
Talk to us
Call or send an enquiry, often it's a son or daughter interstate who calls first. We'll listen to what company and connection would mean here.
- 2
We match carefully
Companionship works on personality. We take time matching the right person, then introduce them properly before regular visits start.
- 3
Visits begin
The same friendly face visits on a rhythm that suits, and if family want a regular update on how things are going, we're happy to provide one.
Paying for it
Funding can be confusing. If you're not sure what you're eligible for, call us on (08) 7428 9000, we'll talk it through in plain language, with no obligation and no cost.
