This site is built to be usable by everyone
Many of the people we support rely on assistive technology, larger text or keyboard navigation. Accessibility isn't a compliance line-item for us, it's who this site is for.
Our target
This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. In practice that includes: body text at a minimum of 18px with strong colour contrast, full keyboard operability with visible focus states, meaningful alternative text on images, visible form labels with clear text errors, support for 200% browser zoom and user font sizes, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
Known limitations
- Some photographs are illustrative lifestyle images; we describe their content in alt text but they do not depict actual staff or clients.
- Third-party content we link to (such as government funding sites) is outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
